*WHEAT FREE*
* 3/4 cup oat flour
* 1/2 cup brown rice flour
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1/4- 1/3 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 tsp vanilla
* 4 T oil
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup oats
*1/4 cup raisins
*1/2 semi sweet chocolate chips
Combine the first 3 ingredients. In a 2nd bowl, combine sugars, vanilla, oil, and egg. Slowly add dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Stir in oats, raisins, and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
