Garlic Rosemary Bread

Roast the garlic (coated in olive oil) for 45 mins at 425 degrees or until soft enough to spread.
* 1 1/2 heads of garlic
* 1 T of fresh rosemary
* 1 T of dried basil or oregano or any other italian herbs
* 1/4 tsp salt (or garlic salt)
Mix bread as stated in the instructions on the mix.
* Pamela's Bread Mix, including yeast packet
* 2 eggs
* 1/4 cup oil
* water (per directions)
Once the bread is mixed, add rosemary and garlic. Put in 8 x4 pan and let sit for an hour. Bake in 350 degree oven for an additional hour. ENJOY!!
